A CONGREGATIONAL CAMPAIGN

Freedom
to Flourish

"For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”
Matthew 6:21

What does a church without a mortgage do differently?

It stops managing debt and further multiplies the mission.

THE OPPORTUNITY

God has moved and He's inviting all of us
into what He's doing here.

A generous member of our church family has made an anonymous, unconditional gift of $150,000 to Chapel Hill Church. We believe this reflects God's faithfulness to us in this season — and we believe it's a door, not a finish line.

This gift will help retire our remaining mortgage balance and seed the Freedom to Flourish Fund — investing in the health and future of our church. But we don't want this to be one person's story. We are challenging our congregation to match this gift with $150,000 of our own, so that what God begins with one, He completes with all of us.

Our mission is to guide people into a flourishing, contagious relationship with Jesus Christ. The combined $300,000 will put that mission on the strongest foundation Chapel Hill has ever had.

WHAT THIS MAKES POSSIBLE

THREE INVESTMENTS. ONE MISSION.

01 Freedom

Our Building

Retire our remaining $137,000 mortgage balance and invest in our Facilities Capital Fund — freeing us from debt and ready for the large expenses we know are coming, including the replacement of our boiler.

02 stability

OUR PEOPLE

Close our budget gap, update our tools, and invest in missions — freeing our staff and ministries to focus fully on guiding people into a flourishing relationship with Jesus and impacting the world beyond our walls.

03 growth

Our Future

Begin setting aside resources toward hiring an associate pastor — expanding our capacity to love people well, lead with depth, and move this generation from culture to Kingdom.

TOTAL KINGDOM IMPACT

YOUR GIFT

Every pledge given over and above regular giving goes where the need is greatest.

Whether that's retiring the mortgage, closing our budget deficit, or investing in the future priorities of the Freedom to Flourish Fund — your gift joins a larger move of God already in motion. Together, if we meet this challenge, Chapel Hill will have $300,000 of God-given momentum to carry us forward.

Designate your gifts to the Freedom to Flourish Fund. Trust that God will use it well.

"All the Israelite men and women who were willing brought to the Lord freewill offerings for all the work the Lord through Moses had commanded them to do." — Exodus 35:29
