PRAYER

Prayer Letter—Every Monday we email  your prayer requests to a group of regular attenders who are committed to pray.  If you are in need of prayer please share those requests with us here.

Contact the office to request to be added to the email prayer team.

Wednesday Nights —6:30-8 pm—Every Wednesday night a prayer group gathers at Chapel Hill. Feel free to just show up. Contact Dave Steinmeier to join.

Urgent/Emergency Prayer Chain—At Chapel Hill we want to bring your urgent prayer requests to the Lord as soon as possible. Contact the office for more information. Send urgent requests to Caroline.


ADVENTURE GAME COMMUNITY

Fantasy Genre like Lord of the Rings/Hobbit/Chronicles of Narnia Interactive group playing game using dice and a created character.  Big imaginations welcome! Contact Pastor Jamie for the next dates!

Sunday, June 23, 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

TAKE ME OUT TO THE BALL GAME! Everyone is invited to join the Engage group for the June 23 - St. Paul Saints vs. Toledo Mud Hens Game. Have fun in the sun at a baseball game with your friends and family at Chapel Hill. The game starts at 2:07 pm and the tickets are $20 each and include a hotdog and beverage. DISCOVERY BIBLE STUDY - RESUMING SEPTEMBER 2024!

Sundays, 8:30 - 9:30 am

A Discovery Bible Study (DBS) is a discipleship study which enables people to read the Bible and discover what it has to say to them. Simple, memorable questions allow participants to understand the character of God, encourage them to obey what they are learning and help them to share it with others.  Contact Dale Kersten with questions.



ENGAGE

Engage is for those in their middle or older years of life to find a place to ENGAGE socially and in service with each other, our church, and the communities in which God has placed us! Drawing on life's lessons and achievements, this group seeks to honor God in this season by seeking opportunities to serve, mentor and share adventures with Christian friends. ENGAGE GROUP SUMMIT AVENUE WALKING TOUR

Sunday, May 5, 2:00 p.m. - 4:00p.m. 
The Engage Group invites anyone interested in joining us for a Summit Avenue Walking Tour. Take a 90-minute walking tour of the Summit Avenue neighborhood, highlighting the Gilded Age mansions lining the elite avenue and the people who owned and built them. Guides will talk about the architecture, social history, and current preservation issues of this historic neighborhood. The tour starts at the James J. Hill House and includes self guided access before and after the tour. $14 adults, $12 seniors 65+, RSVP by 5/4/24 to Cherryl at cgalezewski@yahoo.com



ENGAGE GROUP FORT SNELLING TOUR and BIKE RIDE

Saturday, June 1, 1:00 p.m. 

This National Historic Landmark has a history spanning 10,000 years. Here, the stories and experiences of many people converge and collide, and continue to unfold today. Tickets are $12

($10 - 65+) and grants you access to the Plank Museum & Visitor Center, including the new Many Voices, Many Stories, One Place exhibit, and a guided “Walk & Talk” tour (subject to availability). Access to the historic fort is by guided tour only, and weather-dependent (included with your ticket, tours offered at 10:30am, 12:30pm and 2:30pm subject to availability). Bring your bikes and a bag lunch and we'll travel some of the beautiful trails nearby afterwards. RSVP to Cherryl at cgalezewski@yahoo.com by May 28th.


3RD ANNUAL ENGAGE BIKING WEEKEND

August 9-11
Join us as we head to the Mankato are this year. This is a Friday-Sunday trip but you are welcome to join us for whatever days work for you. Interested? Contact us for more details.
